COVID 19 Safety Policy
Ensuring your health and safety is one of the highest priorities at Pretty Please. Given the changing nature of COVID19, we are continually staying up to date with Government regulations and best practices. Our hygiene, risk management and infectious control practices are of the highest standards to ensure the safety and reduce risk for peace of mind of all our clients.
At all times during a session, your Pretty Please Consultant will practice the following measures, which are in line with NSW Health best practices and are continually being monitored and improved.
Hand washing
Your consultant will wash their hands thoroughly with soap and water or hand sanitiser at the following times:
- On arrival to the site and before entering your home
- At regular intervals and where necessary (room to room, when come in contact with another person etc.)
We will have hand sanitiser with us at all sessions.
Respiratory Hygiene
We will wear a face mask covering our nose and mouth at all times.
Social Distancing
To practice social distancing and ensure we meet NSW Government regulations around this, we will maintain a distance of 1.5 metres from you or other occupants of the home at all times.
Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
Your consultant will use the following at their discretion
- Disposable single use gloves
- Safety glasses
These are available for you and us to use as needed. Please ask if you would like to implement any additional safety measures.
Pre-appointment check
The day before each appointment, we will ask:
- If you or members of your household been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID 19 in the last 14 days
- If you’re currently awaiting results for a COVID 19 test
- If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, even mild symptoms
- If you or anyone in your household has been told to self-isolate as per NSW Health orders.
All staff have:
- Complete the Australian Government Department of Health’s training on Infection Control for COVID-19 before entering a client’s home
- Read and understood Interior Philosophy’s COVID 19 Risk Assessment Matrix and follow the outlined risk control measures.
- Are up to date with the NSW Health and Government directives.
